Rather than relying on conventional building practices, every phase of The Arbour’s creation – from construction through to landscaping – was governed by principles of reuse, regeneration, and material honesty. Every element of the build was approached with purpose. No skips. No excess. Materials from the original site were salvaged and reimagined, woven back into the structure and landscape. Underfoot, recycled aggregates form a gently winding path that leads to the terrace, tucked within a thoughtfully planted communal setting.
