Neil Dusheiko Architects

Neil Dusheiko Architects is an architectural design studio based in Islington, North London. Established in 2011, the team works on small, carefully crafted projects that have a richness of detail. Their portfolio of well-designed residential and commercial projects includes the award winning Timber Fin House. Through the use of natural light and materials in their work, the practice creates buildings that are elegant and timeless, and contribute to their surroundings.

The practice has particular experience in complex urban sites, conservation areas and listed buildings, where designsensitivity and technical rigour are equally important. Architecture and interiors are considered together from the outset, allowing spaces, materials, joinery and atmosphere to form a coherent whole.

Neil Dusheiko Architects believes that good design should feel both effortless and enduring. The studio’s work balances creativity with practicality, combining strong ideas with close attention to detail, budget and buildability. The result is architecture that is elegant, personal and lasting: homes designed not simply to look beautiful, but to be lived in beautifully.
