Casswell Bank Architects was founded by Alex Bank and Sam Casswell in 2015 after they won a competition to design an outdoor workspace at esteemed art gallery Hauser + Wirth in Somerset. The practice believes in generous architecture that leaves an enduring and positive impression on a building, with unexpected combinations of materials used to emphasise the character of a space.

With each new project, the duo places importance on creating an architectural character that reflects the client’s ambitions and also the qualities and context of the site. Working on both large and small-scale projects, their work to date includes private residences, reconfigurations of historic institutions and commissions for cultural organisations such as the Dales Countryside Museum.

Established in 2000, Henning Stummel Architects is a small, award-winning practice based in West London. Winner of multiple RIBA awards including London Building of the Year, Henning Stummel is fascinated by simple, functional design and has completed many distinct residential projects such as the outstanding Tin House.

Based in Shoreditch and with offices in Los Angeles and Barcelona, progressive architectural and design studio Red Deer is “a herd of Architects, friends and designers” who create striking spaces that reflect their love of expression, travel and originality. Previous residential projects include a variety of creative London homes, plus an impressive commercial client list including Lina Stores, Smokestak, Bourne and Hollingsworth and Uniqlo.

Red Deer was founded by Lionel Real de Azúa, Ciarán O’Brien and Lucas Che Tizard who all worked together previously at an architectural practice in West London. A shared love of the unexpected informs their work and they set out with a desire to better engage with the world around them. The diverse team’s skillset also encompasses set design, prop and product design and teaching.

De Rosee Sa is an award-winning architecture and interior design studio based in London, Lisbon and Brussels. Founders Max de Rosee and Claire Sa guide an experienced team, fostering an holistic approach as the foundation to all the projects they undertake. The studio is defined by their strong sense of materiality and detailing, which steers them away from a ‘one size fits all’ signature aesthetic and allows them to maximise the potential of each project in turn.

De Rosee Sa’s imaginative design schemes span the residential, retail and community sectors. Their work across a broad range of projects means they have significant experience working with local planning departments and building contractors, as well as a thorough understanding of working with listed buildings and within conservation areas. They were recently listed as one of House & Garden Top 100 Interior Designers 2021 and featured on Homes & Gardens ‘The Hundred List’ 2019.

Founded in 2009 and based in central London, specialist design practice Robert Rhodes Architecture and Interiors have completed a selection of outstanding residential projects across London – from small-scale interventions to complex and ambitious renovations. 

The multi-award-winning studio has a particular focus on listed buildings, regeneration, interiors, and small-scale development, all with a goal to sustain “the beauty, usefulness and relevance of our built environment through conservation, restoration, and development”.

Founded in 2001, Shoreditch-based Quinn Architects specialise in architecture, plus design for interiors and furniture. Their expertise for creating an intelligent response to everyday use has led them to work on a diverse range of residential projects. These include contemporary and historic refurbishments, plus exceptional one-off houses for private clients. They’re a small and well-resourced practice with an analytical approach to design and a passion which ensures long-standing relationships with their clients. They love the process of turning buildings into homes and they believe this experience should be shared by all involved. Each of Quinn Architects’ projects is undertaken with curiosity and exceptional attention to detail.

Finkernagel Ross are a London and Hamburg based team creating bold and impactful architecture and interior design. They embrace every project as an opportunity to craft the unexpected from a unique and distinctive idea, making the result inherently bespoke and personal.

From the initial vision through to the finishing touches, they strive to use light to create impact, harness materials to do the unexpected and make the most of every detail to create something extraordinary. Sandra Coppin and Bev Dockray have worked closely together for over 20 years. They founded Coppin Dockray in 2012 and carry out a range of architectural and design services. Their work has ranged from exhibition stands to one off houses, and they have collected several awards as they’ve grown. They have a love for 20^th century architecture and have carried out projects on a number of Grade I and Grade II listed buildings. At the heart of their business is a commitment to relationships. They value the importance of building long-term partnerships, with clients but also with suppliers, builders, makers and consultants.

Since its inception in 2013, Office S&M has worked with private clients, corporations and public sector organisations on projects that have included new-build housing, high-street regeneration and public-realm schemes. They focus on the colour, materiality and narratives of the spaces these projects inhabit – and this is evident in the vibrant, imaginative, detailed work that they create.  Their work has collected many accolades along the way – and featured frequently in the national press.

31/44 Architects was founded in 2010 by Will Burges and Stephen Davies. Today the practice has grown to a team of nine, based in East London, and has picked up a few nominations and awards along the way, most notably for No. 49 and Red House. Their projects range in size from small-scale residential work to strategic masterplanning.

John Proctor and Mike Shaw have collaborated together since 2004. Their individual and shared experiences have included small projects, award-winning public buildings, commercial work and individual homes. They have worked with some of the UK’s most recognised institutions including The Design Museum, the V&A Museum and the Wallace Collection, and they both have a wealth of big-practice experience. Today they run this open-minded, friendly practice that specialises in London-based residential new builds, refurbishments and extensions. An integral part of the service they offer is built-in furniture for kitchens, bathrooms and custom-storage, which they design and create with local craftspeople and consultants.
